Be part of the movement to grow love in the local Holdfast Council area. UnitingCare Glenelg at St. Andrew’s Uniting Church is a place of hospitality, acceptance and practical care offering friendship, support and food relief to all.
We welcome donations of cash as well as in kind such as non-perishable food, toiletries, and new socks and jocks for men and women.
To volunteer or to donate food
To donate food and other items, or to volunteer your time and skills, please call in at the St Andrew’s Emergency Relief Centre (ERC) located in the church hall and ask to speak to Lyn, the ERC Coordinator. The ERC is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11.30 am to 2.15 pm. Access is via the church carpark in Chapel Street.
Cash donations
“Loose change” cash donations may be dropped into the Offering Box in the ERC centre. If you would like a tax receipt for tax deductible donations over $2, please donate at bit.ly/UnitingCareERC. Be sure and designate UnitingCare, Glenelg in the details section. Click here for detailed instructions.
St. Andrew’s UnitingCare Glenelg is a completely self-funded programme and we are extremely grateful for your investment in this valuable, local service.
Many Blessings,
Rev. Geoff Hurst, Minister and Lyn Mitchell, Coordinator
