The death of a family member or friend prompts us to reflect on life and its meaning. At a Christian funeral, we give thanks for the life that has been and affirm the conviction that while death is the end of mortal life, it marks a new beginning in our relationship with God. It also provides time and space to share the sorrow of those who mourn and offer them love and support.

You need not be a member of the church to request a Christian funeral. Nor do you need to wait until a death has occurred to meet with a Minister to discuss the meaning of life and plan a funeral for yourself or for someone in your care.
